The National Equal Opportunity Institute, Inc., (NEOI) was established in 2009 to advance the spirit and intent of equal opportunity and is the first national clearinghouse for Federal Titles, subtitles and statutes of various Civil Rights Acts. NEOI research team consists of Attorneys, Equal Opportunity Specialists and other Civil Rights practitioners with over 100 years of experience.
NEOI expands the horizon of EEO practitioners beyond Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to include all Civil Rights Acts, as well as Disability Rights. We also serve as an Equal Opportunity technical resource center, which will assist Federal, state and local agencies in reducing the backlog of Equal Opportunity complaints.
We have created and maintain a cadre of trained and skilled Equal Opportunity faculty and professionals who provide technical and program assistance to public and private sector organizations. We also provide technical training, program assistance, and mentoring in various areas of Equal Opportunity to Federal agencies, private entities, as well as practitioners.
Through our dedicated and experienced staff, NEOI has developed a prototype for Equal Opportunity training that includes the following:

- Investigations of EEO and Equal Opportunity complaints.

NEOI also holds free educational meetings and luncheons throughout the year that feature an Equal Opportunity expert to discuss the technical part of Equal Opportunity, and federally assisted and conducted programs.
