The National Equal Opportunity Institute (NEOI), Inc., was established in 2009 to advance the spirit and intent of equal opportunity. It is the first national clearinghouse for Federal Titles, subtitles and statutes of various Civil Rights Acts. Our NEOI research team consists of Attorneys, Equal Opportunity Specialists and other Civil Rights practitioners with over 100 years of experience.
NEOI expands the horizon of EEO practitioners beyond Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to include all civil rights acts, as well as disability rights. We also serve as an equal opportunity technical resource center, which will assist Federal, state, and local agencies in reducing their backlog of equal opportunity complaints.
NEOI is committed to equal opportunity and fair and equitable treatment of all without regard to race, color, ethnicity, sex, religion, age, sexual orientation, disabling condition, political affiliation, marital status, or prior statutory, constitutionally protected activity.
